Dilek has vast experience in all aspects of property including sales and acquisitions, transfer of equity, re-mortgage, lease renewals, lease extensions, commercial property transactions, business leases and associated matters.
Dilek qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Colman Coyle as a Partner in May 2017. Dilek also has experience in acting for private individuals and business clients as well as property investors in managing their portfolios.
Dilek believes in providing an open, friendly and proactive service and that there is a need to communicate with clients to achieve the common goal of exchange and completion. She has built up a dedicated client following based on her reputation for her responsiveness and efficiency.
Dilek has a broad range of international clients including advising non-UK nationals on all aspects of property investment in the UK. Dilek is fluent in both written and spoken Turkish.
