Adam’s practice encompasses a wide range of matters with a particular focus on property disputes and commercial litigation.
Adam is frequently instructed to act for both landlords and tenants in his property practice which covers both commercial and residential real estate including claims for possession of property, lease extensions, service charge disputes and boundary disputes. Adam has experience representing clients at Court and the Lands Tribunal.
Adam is also involved in contentious probate matters involving property and has successfully acted for three siblings in a claim over the extent of their beneficial interest in their late father’s home.
Adam’s commercial experience has seen him involved in contract disputes and debt recovery as well as claims for passing off and trademark infringement. He has successfully acted for a wide range of clients from private individuals, small businesses to a FTSE-All Share company.
Adam joined Colman Coyle in December 2012 having achieved a first class degree with honours in Law and Politics at Essex University. Adam qualified in July 2015.
