Unfortunately, we are no closer to finding out how a Claimant is able to be refunded their Tribunal fees. I understand that some legal teams have tried to contact the Ministry of Justice to find out what the process will be for repayment.
There are all sorts of things to consider, will they set up a system where there will be an automatic repayment, will Claimants have to fill out online forms and how will they be repaid?
We have been informed however that those individuals that wish to issue claims now should do so by post or deliver the claim personally to the Tribunal office until they sort out the online system.
