Oksana Howard and Ignacio Morillas-Paredes of Colman Coyle Corporate Department made a presentation on company, employment and IP law to representatives from seven companies based in Valencia in Spain wishing to expand their business operations into the UK.
The mission was organised by “Instituto Valenciano de Competitividad empresarial”, IVACE. The presentation was greatly received by the Spanish delegates who appreciated very useful tips, which will undoubtfully help them to make the right choices as to their expansion strategy. The presentation was delivered jointly with Javier Palacin of Tax & Advise and was a result of an existing professional association of Ignacio and Javier with IVACE.
