Colman Coyle is delighted to announce the arrival of Ross Wilson to our Dispute Resolution department.
Ross is a Property Litigator who has acted for landowners, landlords, tenants, national and international investors, developers, retailers, major supermarkets, high net worth individuals, indemnity insurance providers, research and advisory entities within the construction industry and a major national transport company.
Ross’ experience includes disputes concerning cladding and other fire safety issues, rights of way, rights of light, restrictive covenants, development agreements, rent reviews, business rates, trespass, adverse possessions, dilapidations, break notices, agency disputes and squatters. Ross will be joining the firm as Senior Associate.
Ross qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
