Colman Coyle is delighted to announce the arrival of Philip Otvos and Harry Dronfield.
Philip Otvos is an experienced Commercial Property lawyer who qualified in 1997 and will join us as a Partner in our Commercial Property department. Philip advises clients across a range of sectors, including office, retail/leisure and industrial. His clients include entrepreneurs, start-ups, established property companies, Churches, restaurant chains and lenders. Philip has always specialised in property law, enjoys building long-term relationships with his clients and is focused on achieving the best results for his clients, quickly and cost effectively.
Harry Dronfield has a proven track history of providing specialist Company and Commercial law advice and assistance to a range of businesses and individuals across his career. Harry is experienced in corporate law including acquisitions and structuring and in commercial law including drafting and advising on commercial agreements.
Harry has been qualified 7 years and maintains good relationships with professionals, including other solicitors, accountants, brokers and independent financial advisors. Harry will be joining us as a Senior Associate.
