Oksana Howard of Colman Coyle Solicitors has been instructed to act as a lead counsel advising UK based parties under the English law on a $42 million US dollar Joint Venture Project in relation to construction of 1000 affordable houses in Senegal in West Africa.
It has also been confirmed that Oksana will be instructed by the same parties to act in relation to the similar project in Ivory Coast, which will be implemented in 2019.
Given Oksana’s existing experience of advising in relation to major infrastructural and joint venture projects in Africa, Oksana is delighted to enhance her expertise of advising on corporate projects in the area.
