Oksana Howard and Howard Colman of Colman Coyle International Department were delighted to attend the IR Global Conference in Chicago.
Oksana has particularly enjoyed participating in a very productive M&A session, which focused on sharing experiences with colleagues from other jurisdictions on challenges of advising on cross-border M&A transactions.
New business contacts made at the conference will add to the existing Colman Coyle portfolio of international network of professionals from around the world, which in turn will strengthen its global outreach and ability to advise clients on matters concerning other jurisdictions.
