Gracias a su amplio conocimiento en la industria, Ignacio Morillas-Paredes, socio de Colman Coyle, es invitado regularmente a impartir seminarios web en el Reino Unido y España. Ignacio Morillas es un abogado con la doble titulación, Abogado español y Solicitor inglés.

Ignacio ha sido invitado como ponente el 16 de septiembre de 2021 a las 10h (CEST). El seminario web sobre “La inversión empresarial en el Reino Unido” es una buena oportunidad para que Ignacio trate los aspectos legales básicos de la inversión en el Reino Unido después del Brexit, que incluyen la creación de empresas y las obligaciones de registro inherentes a las mismas.

Además, los siguientes temas también serán cubiertos por oradores invitados:

• Cultura empresarial y cómo hacer negocios en el Reino Unido
• Operaciones bancarias básicas, incluida la apertura de cuentas bancarias en el Reino Unido
• Elementos impositivos que incluyen las principales figuras impositivas, tipos impositivos y períodos.

El webinar está organizado por la Embajada Británica en España y Extenda, la Agencia de Promoción Comercial de Andalucía que se dedica a la promoción internacional de los productos andaluces y la expansión del negocio andaluz en los mercados exteriores.

Ignacio has been invited to be a guest speaker on 16 September 2021 at 10am (CEST). The webinar named “business investment in the UK” is a welcome opportunity for Ignacio to discuss the basic legal aspects of investing in the UK following Brexit, which include the creation of companies and inherent registry duties.

In addition, the following topics will also be covered by guest speakers:

  • Basic banking operations including opening bank accounts in the UK
  • Tax elements including the main tax figures, tax rates and periods

The webinar is hosted by The British Embassy in Spain and Extenda, the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia which is dedicated to the international promotion of Andalusian products and the expansion of Andalusian business in foreign markets.
