Howard Colman our head of Dispute Resolution and the International Desk has recently been invited to participate in a multi-jurisdictional round table working group to discuss international arbitration and explore issues and differences across various jurisdictions.
The event was part of a series of similar round tables on various topics arranged by IR Global the leading international professional services firm network of which Colman Coyle is pleased to be a long standing member.
The round table involved leading lawyers involved in international arbitration across several continents and provided a useful opportunity to discuss and explore differences of approach and substantive points of relevance to anyone involved in international arbitration.
