Howard Colman is the exclusive dispute resolution and arbitration member for England of IR Global one of the world’s leading professional organisations.
In addition, Howard has been a committee member of the dispute resolution group since its inception some years ago.

The group enables members to cooperate and provide advice to clients in respect of cross border disputes or international issues throughout the world.
Howard’s advice is often sought by IR Global members in respect of a wide variety of disputes both through arbitration and the litigation. Often those disputes may involve situations where neither party is based in England but where a contract provides for English law or jurisdiction (or both) to apply.
