Ignacio ha sido invitado como ponente el 16 de septiembre de 2021 a las 10h (CEST). El seminario web sobre “La inversión empresarial en el Reino Unido” es una buena oportunidad para que Ignacio trate los aspectos legales básicos de la inversión en el Reino Unido después del Brexit, que incluyen la creación de empresas y las obligaciones de registro inherentes a las mismas.

Ignacio has been invited to be a guest speaker on 16 September 2021 at 10am (CEST). The webinar named “business investment in the UK” is a welcome opportunity for Ignacio to discuss the basic legal aspects of investing in the UK following Brexit, which include the creation of companies and inherent registry duties.

In addition, the following topics will also be covered by guest speakers:

  • Business culture and how to do business in the UK
  • Basic banking operations including opening bank accounts in the UK
  • Tax elements including the main tax figures, tax rates and periods

The webinar is hosted by The British Embassy in Spain and Extenda, the Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia which is dedicated to the international promotion of Andalusian products and the expansion of Andalusian business in foreign markets.

Ignacio Morillas, socio en Colman Coyle ha sido reelegido vocal en la Junta directiva de la Cámara de Comercio de España en Reino Unido

Estamos encantados de anunciar que Ignacio Morillas-Paredes y Colman Coyle han sido reelegidos a la Junta Directiva de la Cámara de Comercio de España en el Reino Unido tras las elecciones generales celebradas a de principios de este verano.

Se ha elegido una nueva junta para los próximos cuatro años, formándola 21 empresas que representan un amplio abanico de sectores y cuyo fin es el de apoyar a las empresas españolas y mejorar las relaciones comerciales entre Gran Bretaña y España.

Colman Coyle are pleased to welcome Anne Brown as a Senior Associate to our Dispute Resolution team.

Anne qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004 and has considerable experience acting for a wide range of clients including private and high net worth individuals, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as property management companies and large financial institutions. 

Anne has acted on behalf of residential landlords and tenants in a variety of disputes which include residential possession proceedings, service charge and breach of covenant disputes. Anne also acts for commercial landlords and tenants, in disputes ranging from recovery of rent and service charges to lease renewal and forfeiture proceedings.

Anne is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
