So Unison have finally been successful in the Supreme Court, Employment Tribunal fees are unlawful. The Court stated that the government acted unconstitutionally as well.
It has been reported that Claimants will be reimbursed their fees. What a logistical nightmare! The Tribunal services have already seen cuts to its staff. So how and when this will be in place is anyone’s guess.
