Success for Colman Coyle in the Admiralty and Commercial Court

Neil Curbison, partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team, appeared on behalf of clients in the Commercial Court on a Summary Judgment Application and successfully obtained Judgment for 100% of the sums sought in respect of a hotly contested commercial dispute.  In addition to which, an Order was also obtained for costs representing 86% of the costs sought with the Commercial Court Judge commenting that Colman Coyle's rates were "modest" in his "view comparative to other commercial firms in Central London".
