Colman Coyle announced as Finalists at the 2009 Enfranchisement Awards

The strength and expertise of the Enfranchisement Department at Colman Coyle has once again been recognised with two finalist nominations at this years Enfranchisement Awards.

The firm has been chosen as finalists in the Enfranchisement London Solicitiors of the Year and the Freehold Acquisition of the Year categories.

These nominations come after Colman Coyle's recent success in representing the residents of Greenhill, a 140 block of flats in Hampstead, to aquire the freehold interest from the freeholder.

The  department, which has been operating for over ten years specialises in collective enfranchisement, lease extensions and Right to Manage actions.

Hema Anand, the partner in charge of the department commented that the nominations "proves that Colman Coyle is fast becoming the number one solicitor of choice in London when it comes to enfranchisement". The judging process also takes into account innovative marketing of the department, on which Miss Anand said "if you open any issue of Angel Magazine, over the last few months, Colman Coyle has been featured providing informative and educational pieces on the benefits of enfranchisement in a depressed property market".

The awards, organised by News on the Block, an organisation which provides help and advice to flat owners, takes place on Monday 18 May at a venue in London.
