Colman Coyle expands Employment Department

After a strong 2008, Colman Coyle has re-inforced its employment department with the hire of Samantha Gardner. Sam joins the firm as an associate.

Over the last 6 months the level of instructions by new and existing clients recieved by the department, alongside the complexity of the work has increased to such a volume that the only solution was to expand the department.

Head of the department and partner at the firm, Georgina Kyriacou, commented "our plans have always been to develp and grow the employment department. Adding another solicitor to the team has always been on the agenda. However, we have had to bring this forward in order to continue providing our clients with the high quality and specialist advice they are used to. At the end of the day this decision has been taken with the interest of our clients firmly in mind".

The employment department at Colman Coyle has been hitting the headlines in recent months with different articles published in numerous HR journals and magazines alongside the firms regular column in the London Chamber of Commerce, Business Matters publication. With a list of clients most city firm would be envious of, it would seem one can assume big things for the department in 2009.
