Employment update

November saw another busy month for the Employment department at Colman Coyle, with a number of cases being settled in our clients favour.

Please see below for a brief roundup:

National retailer
Negotiated a settlement for an employee who claimed victimisation on the grounds of a race claim

National Construction Company
Negotiated a compromise agreement for the removal of a senior manager who had been underperforming in their job role

Unfair Dismissal
Claims of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and age discrimination were dropped after the employee failed, after repeated requests from us to provide supporting evidence of these claims.
