Colman Coyle Gains Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditation

Colman Coyle has gained  accreditation by the Law Society's new Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS). The scheme has been launched to recognise high standards of practice management and client care within law firms that undertake residential conveyancing.

The CQS mark of excellence in home buying provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Firms must undertake a thorough assessment before winning accreditation and the Law Society hopes that the logo will become recognised as a trusted kitemark of quality service.

It should reassure you that our practice has met the Law Society's required standards and that you will receive a highly professional service from our experienced solicitors.

Law Society president Linda Lee commented;

'In what is already a crowded conveyancing market, CQS accredited legal practices will be clearly visible to any one looking to buy a home. For what is the most expensive purchase of anyone's lifetime, it is vital that they can rely on the quality service provision of CQS.'

Andrew Flint, residential property partner at Colman Coyle commented;

‘We are delighted to receive the Kitemark as it is an additional stamp of recognition of the high level of service we give our clients.'
