Colman Coyle Expands Dispute Resolution Team

Colman Coyle is delighted to announce that Matt Smith has joined Colman Coyle's Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution team as part of the firms planned and continued growth.

Matt specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial and property disputes.

His commercial experience includes commercial and contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, company insolvency and bankruptcy and debt recovery. His property experience includes commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, neighbour and boundary disputes and disputes concerning ownership and trust law. He has acted for clients ranging from large corporate entities to private individuals and small businesses.

Matt adopts a commercial approach to dispute resolution and is a keen advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution, having successfully resolved many disputes by mediation. Matt considers the commercial nuances of each matter and focuses on resolving a dispute at the earliest possible opportunity.
