Colman Coyle Appoints a New Employment Solicitor

Colman Coyle is delighted to announce that Linda Quinn has joined Colman Coyle's Employment team as part of the firms planned and continued growth.

Linda Quinn is an Associate who has practiced employment law exclusively for over 14 years and has extensive experience as an advocate in the Employment Tribunals. She has appeared for commercial clients before almost all of the Employment Tribunals in England, Wales and Scotland, dealing with a full range of disputes. As well as technical knowledge about the law, this experience has given her well developed skills of strategic planning. She is able to achieve clients' objectives whilst minimising the risk of claims. Linda also has particular experience of the law and practical application of restrictive covenants, dealing with drafting, implementation and enforcement. In the early part of her career Linda's experience centred on the manufacturing and service industries, but in more recent years has expanded to include work for charities and the financial sector.
