Robert Coyle

Robert is head of the Commercial Property department at Colman Coyle.

Robert has wide experience in commercial property work. He advises investor clients on acquisitions and disposals, lettings, renewals, rent reviews and other associated matters. He also works closely with his developer clients in relation to site acquisitions, developments and disposals.

Although for a number of years now he has been involved exclusively in commercial property work, Robert previously dealt with company acquisitions and disposals. He finds that his knowledge and experience of company law can be invaluable in advising on property transactions, particularly where the transaction overlaps with a company matter.

Robert founded Colman Coyle with Howard Colman in 1984. Prior to this he had been a Solicitor and Partner at Duthie Hart & Duthie.
