Andrew Flint

Andrew is head of  the Residential Conveyancing department at Colman Coyle.

Andrew specialises exclusively in Residential property work and has experience in all areas of Residential Conveyancing including re-mortgages and transfers of equity. He is also happy to advise clients on various forms of co-ownership including the provision of Declarations of Trust.

In the twenty years plus that Andrew has been working in Conveyancing, he has acted for a wide variety of clients. These include some of the country’s best selling novelists, musicians and stars of stage and screen.

Andrew appreciates how important each case is for the clients he represents and is keen to ensure that the service he offers is both friendly and professional.

Andrew joined Colman Coyle as a Trainee Solicitor in 1987. He has been a Partner since 1991.
