Medical Reporting Organisation Agreement

Colman Coyle LLP acted for the successful appellant in Wollard –v- Fowler and was subsequently instructed to act for Medical Reporting Organisations involved in the agreement reached with Insurers relating to Medical Agency fees.

This Agreement followed a mediation involving the Civil Justice Council and enabled the further appeal in Woollard to the Court of Appeal to be withdrawn.
