Marketing and Practice Development Manager

Vikki is responsible for all aspects of practice development and marketing at Colman Coyle. She works alongside the partners to develop and implement the strategy for  the business development activities within the individual practice groups and the firm as a whole. She also manages the firm's recruitment, career progression and staff appraisal programme.

Vikki has over 15 years in management, marketing and business development. In the last six years  as a legal marketing professional she has worked with a wide range of  firms from  niche city to international  law firms.
