Taf has dealt with virtually all aspects of commercial property and has acted for high net worth individuals, developers, landlords and tenants in relation to all of their property related matters. His works has ranged from buying and selling businesses as going concerns, site development in which he has dealt with initial site acquisitions and related works in anticipation of intended development (e.g. rights to light, crane over sail agreements), development agreements, forward funding agreements and pre-let agreements.

Taf also acts for clients with large portfolios of properties and deals with their ongoing requirements both in terms of sales, acquisitions and management (including granting of new leases, lease renewals, assignments), including their residential properties dealing with lease extensions and enfranchisement claims.
