Sophie Mullahy

Litigation Executive 

Sophie joined Colman Coyle in September 2008 as a Litigation Executive in the Personal Injury Department. Within the department she dealt with a number of fast track and multi track cases, both contentious and non-contentious. Her work load included Road Traffic Accident, Occupier's Liability, Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims. Sophie has more recently joined the Litigation Department where she deals with both Property and Commercial matters. Since joining the department Sophie has been assisting with a number of debt recovery actions and bankruptcy proceedings as well as property dispute claims.

In March 2011 she completed the Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in Law and Practice becoming an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives. She is currently studying for her Level 6 Professional Higher Diploma in Law and Practice in order to become a fully qualified Legal Executive.
