Simon Tennant

Solicitor in the Commercial Property department

Simon advises on all aspects of commercial property work including Landlord & Tenant matters, site acquisitions, transactions involving the retail and hospitality industry and general commercial conveyancing. In addition, he specialises in auction property sales and purchases for both residential and commercial properties.

Simon also acts on behalf of lenders advising them on property securitisation, and for LPA Receivers and Administrators following the borrowers default.

Simon joined Colman Coyle in 2006.
