Simon is a widely experienced (20 years+) corporate and commercial lawyer. He trained at Slaughter and May and qualified there in 1990. He continued to practise there for a number of years as well as at other leading City law firms. Simon has also previously practised as an Attorney at Law in the Cayman Islands and as in-house counsel for Hilton Hotels. More recently, he headed up and developed the corporate department of an established Surrey firm.

Simon's expertise covers most aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:
