 Lydia predominantly advises commercial clients in a wide range of insolvency issues. However she also works with high net worth individuals who are experiencing serious financial difficulty. She  provides  advice and assistance in managing creditors and works with insolvency practitioners to propose a suitable viable voluntary arrangement. Lydia has built up strong relationships with various insolvency practitioners working closely to meet tight deadlines and achieve realistic optimal solutions for the companies and individuals involved.

Lydia also deals with a broad spectrum of company commercial work ranging from drafting Shareholders' Agreements and bespoke Articles of Association to negotiating solutions in shareholder deadlock situations and the sale/purchase of companies.
